- Keep it comfortably snug without squeezing your finger.
- Mark where the two ends meet.
- Lay it flat and measure the marked length in millimetres.

The first thing I noticed is that you can flip it so the gold side faces out, and it just looks like a clean gold band. The LED display faces your palm underneath so you can still check your step count and stats discreetly — best of both worlds aesthetically and functionally.
The vibration feature for text message notifications is genuinely useful — a subtle buzz on your finger so you never miss a message without having to check your phone. It's discreet enough that it doesn't feel intrusive but noticeable enough to actually work.
The gold finish is really polished and premium looking on the hand. It sits flat and comfortable and doesn't look bulky or techy from the outside at all. Tracks all the basics — steps, sleep, heart rate, blood oxygen — without any subscription fees which is a big plus.
If you want health tracking but don't want to broadcast that you're wearing a fitness device, the way this one wears is genuinely clever.

The ring fits well. It’s a bit thicker than a regular ring, so it takes some getting used to. The vibration is gentle and works well for quiet reminders throughout the day. I wouldn’t rely on it to wake me up, but for everyday reminders, it does the job well.

Light weight, robust construction, sizing perfect, great screen, visible in bright light with the option to turn the screen off in the app ,easy to navigate the information on the ring it uses both red and green diodes to measure SP02/hart/steeps sleep etc... reasonable battery life, with the screen active I got around 48 hours and with the screen off I'm getting double that number. Good app integration pairs up and works as intended. Why pay more for a western branded smart ring that basically dose the same, value for money overall.

Can I adjust or turn off the LED display?
Yes. SY1 supports three LED brightness levels and scheduled screen-off hours. Set a nighttime range in RWFit to avoid unwanted LED light from accidental touch while you sleep.
Which phone notifications are supported?
Calls, SMS, Facebook, WhatsApp and X can trigger ring alerts when supported by your phone and app settings. Permissions and app compatibility affect availability.
How long does the battery last?
Approximately 2–5 days of regular use per ring charge. Display usage, vibration, notification frequency and tracking affect the actual duration.
Is it water resistant?
Existing SY1 materials specify IP68 / 5ATM water resistance. Follow the product’s supplied care instructions.
