Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you can request a return within 30 days of receiving your item.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as it was received, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return request is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label with instructions on how and where to send it. Items sent back to us without a return request will not be accepted.

 

Damages and Problems

Please inspect your order upon receipt and if the merchandise is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item, please contact us immediately so we can evaluate and correct it.
There is no restocking fee for returns under normal circumstances.
If the return is due to a problem with the item itself, return shipping will be charged to us;

if the returned product is damaged, contaminated, worn, or missing parts, and these issues were not declared in advance in the return request, we may deduct a product devaluation fee. The devaluation fee will depend on the extent of the damage or missing parts, typically ranging from 10% to 50% of the product’s value, depending on severity.

  • "Contaminated" refers to the product being exposed to substances that affect its usability or appearance, such as strong odors or stains.
  • "Worn" refers to signs of use beyond brief inspection, such as a cracked screen or worn edges.

What is Wrongduck's exchange policy?
If you have received an original, unopened and unused product that you would like to exchange for a different size or color, we recommend that you submit a return request to us and initiate a new order. Any shipping, handling and taxes paid will not be refunded unless the return is due to a defective, damaged or non-conforming product and you have provided photos and a description in advance in your return request.

EU 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if an item is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return it within 14 days for any reason and without stating a reason. As stated above, your item must be in the same condition as it was received, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

 

Refunds
Upon receipt and inspection of your return, we will notify you if your refund has been approved. If approved, we will automatically refund you in your original form of payment within 10 business days. Please keep in mind that it will also take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and mail the refund.
