The bracelet looks so elegant and very comfortable to wear. The app associated with the bracelet is a wonderful and helpful feature. I will recommend you buying this item !
The vibration alerts have been useful when my phone is tucked away in my bag. I still check my phone to see who’s calling, but having that little reminder on my finger is convenient.
the absolute worst product I could've ever bought online. I bought a cute smart ring to keep up with my steps, my sleep pattern. I can't even download the app to use the ring. This was a waste of 50 bucks. I hate I bought it through SHOP. I should've went through AMAZON Like everyone else does.
totally up
The ring arrived a little late but I blame the post office for the tardiness. The ring is just as described, actually better. It is gorgeous, very solid craftmanship with a quality build. The smart ring is very accurate when monitoring my activity, sleep and steps. I may purchase another as a gift, this is a very good smart ring for the price.
The app is nice but the ring does not fully charge and it was suppose to keep track of temperature and it doesn’t
We're sorry to hear that the ring isn't charging fully and that the temperature tracking hasn't met your expectations. Please contact our customer support team so we can check the charging issue, clarify the available features, and help find an appropriate solution. We appreciate your feedback and apologize for the inconvenience.
It will not connect. Just keeps scanning and scanning.
We're sorry to hear about the connection issue. This ring needs to be properly activated before the app can detect it. We've already reached out via email with detailed instructions to help resolve the issue. If the problem persists, we'll be happy to assist further and find a suitable solution.
I love this ring lasts me 5.5-6 days on one battery charge depending on my usage. Which is exactly as advertised.
My absolute fav feature on it is the time because during my work meetings I can just casually glance at my hand and see it!
The vibration is not overpowering at all and it’s sleek where I always get compliments on it!
It’s working great for what I purchased it for, measuring my sleep and my steps.
Does everything I need it to, very comfortable
The first thing I noticed is that you can flip it so the gold side faces out, and it just looks like a clean gold band. The LED display faces your palm underneath so you can still check your step count and stats discreetly — best of both worlds aesthetically and functionally.
The vibration feature for text message notifications is genuinely useful — a subtle buzz on your finger so you never miss a message without having to check your phone. It's discreet enough that it doesn't feel intrusive but noticeable enough to actually work.
The gold finish is really polished and premium looking on the hand. It sits flat and comfortable and doesn't look bulky or techy from the outside at all. Tracks all the basics — steps, sleep, heart rate, blood oxygen — without any subscription fees which is a big plus.
If you want health tracking but don't want to broadcast that you're wearing a fitness device, the way this one wears is genuinely clever.
Bought it as a gift for a friend, they love it!
I need to exchanged the size 10 ring to size 11
Also returned the universal charger.
Overall I was impressed with the quality of the ring. It looks good and does what it says. My only negatives are that the vibration alerts are quite weak and hard to notice, and that I wish the 2 day battery life was longer.
Very sleek and elegant. App is user friendly. No subscription just raw data.
So far I haven’t any problems I really like this product
I absolutely love this watch, its perfect for ny overnight shifts and not being bulking or getting caught on things when Receiving.
it's too small I emailed to exchange and not one word back. so frustrating I was looking forward to seeing just how good this is.
We're very sorry for the frustration, especially since you were looking forward to trying your new ring. We haven't been able to locate your earlier exchange request, and we sincerely apologize for the communication gap. We'd be happy to help you exchange the ring for a better-fitting size. We're reaching out to you directly to get this resolved as quickly as possible. Thank you for bringing this to our attention!
I really like this ring for days I don’t want to wear my Apple Watch. Tracks my steps probably even better. It vibrates for calls but doesn’t seem to vibrate for text messages which I really was hoping for
The ring fits well. It’s a bit thicker than a regular ring, so it takes some getting used to. The vibration is gentle and works well for quiet reminders throughout the day. I wouldn’t rely on it to wake me up, but for everyday reminders, it does the job well.
