Measure with paper or thread
- Wrap a narrow strip of paper or non-stretch thread around the base of your finger.
- Keep it comfortably snug without squeezing your finger.
- Mark where the two ends meet.
- Lay it flat and measure the marked length in millimetres.
- Match that circumference to the chart above.
Measure at the end of the day when your hands are at a normal temperature, and repeat the measurement twice.

Simple process to measure for ring size. Even though the box says 7 it measures around 20mm instead of the 17.3 that I ordered. Different charging base than what is shown as well. Disappointed, quality control needs to be reviewed.

The app is not able to be put on my phone . It causes my.anti virus to uninstall it as a dangwrous app.

It does track my steps and sleep, and the app works fine. I'll be honest, I bought this mainly because I fell in love with the color. Most smart rings are boring black or silver, but this purple is absolutely stunning! It has a beautiful metallic shine that catches the light perfectly. It looks like a high-end piece of jewelry, not a piece of tech.
