Messen mit Papier oder Faden
- Wickeln Sie einen schmalen Papierstreifen oder einen nicht dehnbaren Faden um die Basis Ihres Fingers.
- Er sollte bequem anliegen, ohne den Finger einzuschnüren.
- Markieren Sie die Stelle, an der sich die beiden Enden treffen.
- Legen Sie den Streifen flach hin und messen Sie die markierte Länge in Millimetern.
- Vergleichen Sie diesen Umfang mit der obigen Tabelle.
Messen Sie am Ende des Tages, wenn Ihre Hände eine normale Temperatur haben, und wiederholen Sie die Messung zweimal.
