Measure with paper or thread
- Wrap a narrow strip of paper or non-stretch thread around the base of your finger.
- Keep it comfortably snug without squeezing your finger.
- Mark where the two ends meet.
- Lay it flat and measure the marked length in millimetres.
- Match that circumference to the chart above.
Measure at the end of the day when your hands are at a normal temperature, and repeat the measurement twice.

I love my ring. I really didn’t think it would work this good but it’s great. I am afraid to get it wet. I don’t know if it will ruin it. I don’t want to take a chance.
I love the info I'm receiving from this ring. My only "complaint" would be that the Leaderboard was nothing but Chinese names (as if I had signed in from China), but I'm from the USA. The instructions did not give more than "turning it on basics". After I did a "reset", by random, it changed. A more indepth instruction booklet would have been helpful.
