Mide con papel o hilo
- Envuelve una tira estrecha de papel o hilo que no sea elástico alrededor de la base de tu dedo.

I love the info I'm receiving from this ring. My only "complaint" would be that the Leaderboard was nothing but Chinese names (as if I had signed in from China), but I'm from the USA. The instructions did not give more than "turning it on basics". After I did a "reset", by random, it changed. A more indepth instruction booklet would have been helpful.
