Wrongduck パープル スマートリング — 健康・睡眠・活動量トラッカー
Good smart ring. Only regret is that it has scratched easily and I remedied by silicone ring covers from Amazon.
the absolute worst product I could've ever bought online. I bought a cute smart ring to keep up with my steps, my sleep pattern. I can't even download the app to use the ring. This was a waste of 50 bucks. I hate I bought it through SHOP. I should've went through AMAZON Like everyone else does.
totally up
It will not connect. Just keeps scanning and scanning.
We're sorry to hear about the connection issue. This ring needs to be properly activated before the app can detect it. We've already reached out via email with detailed instructions to help resolve the issue. If the problem persists, we'll be happy to assist further and find a suitable solution.
try to download the app and its not supported by my phone. maybe company should rethink the app
We're sorry you're having trouble downloading the app. This ring uses the JSRing companion app, and compatibility can depend on your phone model and operating system. Please contact our support team with your phone model so we can help you find the correct app and get your ring connected. We're happy to help!
Simple process to measure for ring size. Even though the box says 7 it measures around 20mm instead of the 17.3 that I ordered. Different charging base than what is shown as well. Disappointed, quality control needs to be reviewed.
I love, love, love this Purple smart Ring! The data is spot on!! My husband, who never comments on much of anything even commented about how “eye catching it is”.
The app is not able to be put on my phone . It causes my.anti virus to uninstall it as a dangwrous app.
Hi, thank you for letting us know. We’re familiar with this issue on some Android phones. The companion app for this particular ring is not currently distributed through Google Play and uses a direct Android APK installation, so some Android security or antivirus systems may scan, warn about, or block the installation. The installation experience may vary depending on the Android device and its security settings. Please contact us if you need assistance, and we’ll be happy to help.
Love it and was very easy to set up
Love the color
Excellent product
I ordered the purple
I absolutely love this ring. Size is perfect and color is a more subdued purple, which I prefer. JS ring app is very comprehensive. Highly recommend this ring.
My purchase with Wrongduck was very positive. The quality, look and the working of the ring was as described and the shipping time was quicker than expected.
I ordered the wrong size and the team worked hard to sort the issue out. The whole way through they kept the very best interest of the customer (me) as a priority.
They worked closely with me throughout the entire process to ensure the outcome was positive.
Thanks Wrongduck team! Keep up the hardand I will definitely
It does track my steps and sleep, and the app works fine. I'll be honest, I bought this mainly because I fell in love with the color. Most smart rings are boring black or silver, but this purple is absolutely stunning! It has a beautiful metallic shine that catches the light perfectly. It looks like a high-end piece of jewelry, not a piece of tech.
