If I want to return a product, how do I apply
To return an item, please contact us at support@wrongduck.com.
If your return request is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label with instructions on how and where to send it. Items sent back to us without a return request will not be accepted.
What is Wrongduck's exchange policy?
If you have received an original, unopened and unused product that you would like to exchange for a different size or color, we recommend that you submit a return request to us and initiate a new order. Any shipping, handling and taxes paid will not be refunded unless the return is due to a defective, damaged or non-conforming product and you have provided photos and a description in advance in your return request.
I received a defective product, what should I do?
Please inspect the merchandise upon receipt of your order and if it is defective, damaged, or received in error, please contact us immediately so that we can assess and correct the problem.
If I receive the product and don't want it
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you can request a return within 30 days of receiving your item.
We accept returns of unused or lightly used products, but the product must be returned in the same condition in which it was received, please return it in its original packaging.

When will my order ship?
Before the shipping,please allow us 1-2 business days for processing your order, timing depends on the actual situation(Public Holidays/Weekends excluded)
Processing time may be delayed if your shipping address is questionable and your order is flagged as a risk(we use this additional time to help ensure the security of your credit information). We may require proof of identification for the billing information received.
What is the delivery time?
Delivery time varies by destination:
Europe: 4-9 business days
USA: 5-8 business days
Canada: 7-15 business days
Australia and others: 9-15 business days
In case of extreme weather or special reasons, there may be delays.
My package was lost in transit.
If your package is lost in transit, we will resend your product at no charge. While we strive to monitor all shipments, we are unable to track every package on an ongoing basis. If your order does not arrive within the estimated delivery time, please contact us at support@wrongduck.com so that we can investigate and resolve the issue promptly.
Where's my tracking number?
Once your order ships, you will receive an email containing your tracking number. Please check your spam or junk folder in case our message is misidentified.Alternatively, you can click “Track my order” in the chat window at the bottom right of our website, then enter your order number and the email address you used to place the order. You will receive an instant tracking link via chat.
