Wrongduck Care+ Terms

Plan eligibility

Wrongduck Care+ must be purchased with an eligible Wrongduck product. One plan applies to one product.

Plan term

The plan begins on the product delivery date and ends two years later or when a replacement is provided, whichever occurs first.

Replacement service

If the product is accidentally damaged during the plan term, Care+ includes one replacement. The replacement may be the same model or a comparable model, depending on availability.

Making a request

Contact support@wrongduck.com with your order number. Wrongduck may request the serial number, photos, videos, or other reasonable information to verify the request.

Refunds and misuse

Care+ follows Wrongduck’s applicable refund policy and cannot be refunded after a replacement is approved or provided. False, duplicate, or abusive requests may be declined.

Your legal rights

Care+ is optional and does not limit any rights or remedies available under applicable consumer law.
