I ordered a ring and had worked out the wrong sizing, I was so excited for this product that I was fully willing to go through the hassle of returning it to get a better fit. The team at wrongduck went above and beyond to get me a ring that fits by sending out another one free of charge. I now have a ring that fits perfectly and so far has been amazing. I needed to track my sleep and steps, and it does that plus some. The ring is comfy and looks nice on, and the app is super easy to set up and use. For the price of these products, I cannot find one complaint. And customer service is chefs kiss. Thank you so much!

I’m still learning things. For example I thought I had to connect it to my iPhone but I that is unnecessary and actually screws things up for the iPhone’s health app and the ring. I just figured that out today and now basically they record similars steps and miles. I find the sleep app very helpful and am learning a lot about my sleep habits from that. I find it reassuring that both my iPhone and the ring are very close in their recordings of my walking. I am enjoying using it and learning as I go along.

I like the looks of this ring. Im happy w the fit bur is a bit snug for an 11 this is my 3 rd ring from here they work well disconnect periodically but for the proce cant complain

Well the kit is great it’s me that is the problem because even with the kit and instructions I got the wrong size. How do i know it’s the wrong size because I made a gist looked fine but when driving I could see a big space do I need a size smaller. Plus my steps on my iphone health app are much more. I think it needs to be snug but not so snug it’s difficult to remove.

This is an excellent ring that tracks everything you want. I did buy the rose gold band with diamonds, however it has already tarnished a little. That’s why I removed a star ⭐️

Good smart ring. Only regret is that it has scratched easily and I remedied by silicone ring covers from Amazon.
I like the style and size, it makes it comfortable to wear over nite... it is harder to find my steps and the bracelet is not for sleeping so I ordered some rope bracelets in different colors to change out. The stats seem to be close to my Galaxy smart watch.
