Measure with paper or thread
- Wrap a narrow strip of paper or non-stretch thread around the base of your finger.
- Keep it comfortably snug without squeezing your finger.
- Mark where the two ends meet.
- Lay it flat and measure the marked length in millimetres.
- Match that circumference to the chart above.
Measure at the end of the day when your hands are at a normal temperature, and repeat the measurement twice.

So far I have been wearing since I got it… a little over a week. I like it! Just wished the battery life was better. Only last me about 3 days on full charge but still like it!

The service was fantastic! I ordered the wrong size and they were so helpful in sending me another one, also kept me up to date throughout the shipping stages.
The Ring is beautiful, I got the slim line silver with the diamonds around it.
The only thing..... if you need it to track lots of differant exercises, it only has a few and only a few that are common. For me though, it's all I need, it has swimming, walking, all I need is dance fitness.
I could not recommend WRONGDUCK enough.
