Measure with paper or thread
- Wrap a narrow strip of paper or non-stretch thread around the base of your finger.
- Keep it comfortably snug without squeezing your finger.
- Mark where the two ends meet.
- Lay it flat and measure the marked length in millimetres.
- Match that circumference to the chart above.
Measure at the end of the day when your hands are at a normal temperature, and repeat the measurement twice.
