Measure with paper or thread
- Wrap a narrow strip of paper or non-stretch thread around the base of your finger.
- Keep it comfortably snug without squeezing your finger.
- Mark where the two ends meet.
- Lay it flat and measure the marked length in millimetres.
- Match that circumference to the chart above.
Measure at the end of the day when your hands are at a normal temperature, and repeat the measurement twice.

I really like this ring. The only flaw (failure without ring) is that it is a little larger than my finger. Other than that, I love everything rolling through on my ring; the future is so cool.
Finally found a non-hair device all under my thumb. Like, you can take a look instead of unplugging your phone to check the time, distance, heart or SPO2 but this does not count. The steps are very good, it will not trigger many times, I can't sleep all night.

They are not the real size

However, the internal sensors make the ring huge. It is tightly at the base, which is uncomfortable for me. This ring-level machine is specific to this smart ring model.
