Measure with paper or thread
- Wrap a narrow strip of paper or non-stretch thread around the base of your finger.
- Keep it comfortably snug without squeezing your finger.
- Mark where the two ends meet.
- Lay it flat and measure the marked length in millimetres.
- Match that circumference to the chart above.
Measure at the end of the day when your hands are at a normal temperature, and repeat the measurement twice.

- Standard Tracking: Everyday sleep and activity tracking without vibration notifications.
- Tracking + Vibration Alerts: Adds supported call, message and app alerts, with adjustable vibration strength and the number of vibrations per alert.
Vibration features are available only with the Tracking + Vibration Alerts option. Notification support depends on your phone connection, permissions and companion-app settings.

I really like this ring. The only flaw (failure without ring) is that it is a little larger than my finger. Other than that, I love everything rolling through on my ring; the future is so cool.
Finally found a non-hair device all under my thumb. Like, you can take a look instead of unplugging your phone to check the time, distance, heart or SPO2 but this does not count. The steps are very good, it will not trigger many times, I can't sleep all night.

They are not the real size
Very impressive product.
However, the internal sensors make the ring huge. It is tightly at the base, which is uncomfortable for me. This ring-level machine is specific to this smart ring model.
The function of this note is not as expected, although it is unreliable. Again, at this price, I expected a more relaxing experience, and I am happy that the falling ring will not leave. I am more excited to wear it than I am to wear it.
